Sell
Step 1: Initial Quotation
- Submit photos and descriptions of your items via email at hello@lavella-luxe.com or fill out the online form (Coming Soon).
- You will receive an initial quotation within 72 hours.
Step 2: Agreement
- If you are satisfied with the quotation, sign the consignment agreement provided by the Platform.
Step 3: Item Delivery
- Book an appointment to bring your item to the Platform in person, or Post your item to the Platform, ensuring that it is securely packaged and includes the PO reference number provided.
Step 4: Authentication and Processing
- Once the Platform receives your item, it will undergo inspection and authentication. This process takes 7–10 working days.
Step 5: Listing and Sale
- Your authenticated item will be listed on the Platform’s website at market value.
- The Platform will market and sell the item on your behalf.
Step 6: Payment
- Once your item is sold, payment (minus commission) will be made to you within 14 days.
Note:
- Items that fail authentication or quality checks will be returned to you. It is your responsibility to arrange collection.
- Unsold items will be handled in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
